The manager wasn’t officially working that day, but once he heard the situation, he didn’t hesitate. He raced to the last tech shop still open and grabbed a mobile 4G router—just minutes before closing time. That same evening, he handed the router to one of our technicians, who promptly visited the client’s home and set up a stable mobile connection.
The student was back online that night, connected to the internet and able to continue studying without delay.
By Monday morning, our team had resolved the main NBN issue and transitioned the household back onto their fixed connection—just in time for the exam.
